Brendan May

Brendan founded Hotel Res Bot because of his belief that hotels should no longer force staff to do boring, soul-sucking tasks like answering reservation requests.  Hotel Res Bot makes hotel jobs more attractive by automating the annoying work.

Brendan wrote the plan which resulted in Shiji’s 25 million USD investment in SnapShot and was a driving force in the creation of livabout° - a booking service for temporary apartment rentals.  He has helped regional hotel chains implement effective Revenue Management and improve their electronic distribution with IDeaS and h2c Gmbh respectively.  He is a member of the European Center for Revenue Management Education (ECRME) Advisory Board and has created a free Online Revenue Management course with ESSEC Business School on Coursera.org.
