André Morys has worked in the ecommerce optimization industry since 1996 when he founded Web Arts AG. Today, with nearly 70 consultants, designers and conversion experts, Web Arts is the leading conversion optimization agency in Germany. His personal focus is on combining qualitative research (user testing) with consumer psychology, behavioral economics and game theory to deliver most effective optimization hypotheses that will be validated with a/b or multivariate testing. André Morys has also developed a conversion framework that is published in his book "Conversion Optimierung" (German).
